Flower Box Home Fragrance is boutique in nature. Our mission remains the same today as it was when founded in 2017 by Robin Van Der Wielen and Johnny Van Der Wielen. The mission was to create and provide the luxurious peak of home fragrance, both aesthetically and functionally. Our mission is not to compete with mass produced lower budget products.

Brings over 27 years of successful staff management, business division management and problem solving quality control plus a flair for good taste in marketing.
Cecille has 27 years experience Managing Microbiology Laboratories in Philippines, Saudi Arabia, New Zealand and Western Australia with Bachelor Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology from Centro Escolar University and as a Senior Microbiologist.

Jennifer Nash - Administration & Customer Service Manager
Jennifer is our Administration and Customer Service Manager at Flower Box Home Fragrance.
Jennifer is responsible for overseeing daily administrative operations and leading our customer service function. Her focus on efficiency and problem-solving ensures high standards of customer satisfaction and supports our broader business objectives.
With extensive experience in retail sales and management, as well as a background in administration and bookkeeping for a family-run construction company, Jennifer brings a wealth of expertise to our team. She also holds certificates in Interior Design and Business Administration, making her a highly valued member of our management team.
Marwin Cerezo - Distribution/Production Manager
Marwin is our distribution & production manager at Flower Box Home Fragrance.
Marwin leads our end-to-end supply chain, specializing in transforming raw materials into ready-to-ship products through lean, cost-effective operations.
With dual-market expertise in the UAE and Philippines, he balances strategic production planning with global logistics and rigorous inventory management.
Formerly a Real Estate CS Team Lead and award-winning sales agent, Marwin is recognized for his unique ability to optimize both supply chain efficiency and sales performance.
Methyl Empleo - Distribution Supervisor
Plays an important role in ensuring every Flower Box order is prepared and delivered with care.
Methyl oversees the day-to-day distribution, order fulfilment and dispatch process for both wholesale stockists and online customers. With a strong focus on organisation, accuracy and attention to detail, she helps ensure each order is thoughtfully prepared and dispatched efficiently.
Mia Encinas Penales -
Production Supervisor
Brings a wealth of experience in team leadership, training and production, with a strong focus on quality and care.
With a background in retail HR overseas and seven years as a Production Team Leader in Perth’s inflight catering industry, Mia brings extensive experience in leading and supporting teams. In her role as Production Supervisor at Flower Box Home Fragrance, she helps guide production, maintain high quality standards, support staff development and create a positive and collaborative working environment.

Tracy is a dedicated member of the Flower Box Home Fragrance team, with a particular passion for the art of ribboning and beautifully presented gift packages. With care and patience, she attends to every finishing detail, ensuring each product is thoughtfully prepared and presented.
