Promoter This promotion is run by Flower Box Home Fragrance ("the Promoter"). By entering this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Eligibility This promotion is open to Australian residents only. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

How to Enter To enter, subscribe to the Flower Box Home Fragrance email list via the sign-up form on the website. One entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person, household or email address will be void.

The Prize The prize is one (1) Flower Box Home Fragrance Premier Package Gift Box. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and has no cash alternative. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value if necessary.

The Draw Winners are selected by random draw on a monthly basis. The draw date is at the Promoter's discretion. The winner will be notified by email within 7 days of the draw. If the winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw and select a new winner.

Delivery The prize will be shipped to Australian addresses only. The Promoter will take reasonable care in packaging and dispatching the prize, however once the prize has been dispatched, the Promoter is not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs in transit.
