We recommend changing your Diffuser reeds between 6-8 months to ensure maximum dispersion. After time the reeds can clog with dust inhibiting the movement of fragrance up the reeds.
Depending on external conditions - due to natural components over time, Hallmark Diffusers may change in colour slightly. Sunlight and change of temperature can cause colour to change. Fragrance is not affected in any way by the change of colour.
Note: Fragrance with high concentration of citrus contents dissipates quickly than the other fragrance.
